Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

We ship across Canada and internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We use trusted carriers to ensure your cards arrive safely.
Packaging
Every graded card is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Cards are secured in protective sleeves and bubble wrap before being placed in a rigid mailer or box — because we know how much condition matters to collectors.
Delivery Times
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Customs & Import Duties
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Graph up Collective is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, Graph up Collective is not liable for lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
