All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of graded collectible cards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is significantly different from what was described.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review each case individually and, where applicable, offer a replacement or store credit.

Grading & Condition

All cards sold by Graph up Collective are professionally graded. The grade, set, card number, and condition are accurately listed in each product description. We strongly encourage buyers to review all product details before purchasing, as we cannot accept returns based on dissatisfaction with a card's grade.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
